The Magos Irrigation Systems fertirrigation machine is specially constructed and designed to perform fertirrigation by electrical conductivity. It has a stainless steel structure with a 125 liter tub in fiber, equipped with level probes and solenoid valves for filling and discharge. The injection pumps are electromagnetic, of continuous operation, being the injection controlled by pulse valves. The water circulation is made with the aid of a GRUNDFOS stainless steel pump.
The programmer is specially designed to control watering, fertirrigation by EC (electrical conductivity) and units of time or volume. It performs acid regulation, fertilizer agitation, pumping control, filter cleaning, drainage control and sensor reading, and conditioning programs through them. As an option it controls the pressure depending on the sector, connected to a variable speed drive which can be controlled via a PC or mobile phone. It contains a fault detection program and a screen for complete visualization of the data.
The basic model has the ability to control 40 independent outputs plus 16 inputs for digital signals and 16 analog inputs, all of them expandable, 8 pulse outputs for EC injection and 2 acid and base pulses.
The mixing section is placed downstream of the conduit entrance. It consists of 2 mixing discs. Disk bores have a slope of 45 ° and the total bored area must be at least ½ of the disk area.
IWAKI electromagnetic pumps have a continuous operation and a maximum capacity of 27 l / min with a pressure of 3.1 m.
The pulse valves have a direct acting operation without metallic components, which makes them ideal for the good performance of this equipment.
