Description
Bosques Alegres belongs to a business group made up of English capitals, mostly from Zimbabwe. Its investors were engaged in large-scale tobacco and corn production on more than 3,000 hectares in Zimbabwe, which they had to abandon due to the country’s political instability.
In Alentejo, more concretely in the Monte Branco da Loira Estate, in Figueira dos Cavaleiros, they recently invested in the production of almonds in an intensive system (6m X 4m), of the Soleta, Guara and Isabelona varieties, whose planting took place in May 2019. FuturAlmond SL is the company that provides technical advice in the design and management of plantations to Bosques Alegres.
Magos Irrigation Systems is responsible for the installation and supply of irrigation system material for this company.
